WHAT WE WORK ON   •   THERAPY FOR MEN, ANXIETY, OCD & BURNOUT

THE SPECIFIC

THINGS THAT

BRING PEOPLE

HERE.

a map of where this kind of work tends to be most useful

Most of my work lands in four areas. They look different on the surface and run on the same underlying loop: thought patterns that reinforce an internal friction you can’t quite name, which drive habits that compound over time.

Men's mental health
Still working, still providing, still the one people lean on. For a lot of men, strain shows up as irritability, numbness, or going quiet long before it looks like sadness or feels like loneliness. The work here is direct and structured, built for men who want to understand what's happening and change it.
CBT · ACT
Anxiety & OCD
Background worry, panic, health anxiety, and intrusive thoughts that won't quiet down. For OCD, that means exposure and response prevention (ERP), the first-line treatment with the strongest evidence behind it.
ERP · CBT · ACT
Burnout & perfectionism
For founders, owners, and leaders carrying a business, a team, and everyone who depends on it. The pressure is constant, the hard calls are lonely, and most of what it costs you gets pushed down so you can stay the steady one. Perfectionism keeps raising the bar, and rest never quite feels earned.
CBT · ACT
Moral injury & the helping professions
For clinicians, nurses, first responders, veterans, and anyone whose job is carrying other people's hardest days. Moral injury, secondary trauma, and compassion fatigue: the weight of the work, and of what the system asked you to do or kept you from doing.
CBT · ACT
I also work with
Depression & low motivation
Withdrawal and the widening gap between who you know yourself to be and how you're actually functioning.
ADHD
Focus, follow-through, and time that slips away, especially for adults who built workarounds early.
Life transitions
Career changes, relationship shifts, and the loss of a role or identity you relied on.
Stress & adjustment
Pressure that doesn't look like a crisis from the outside, but feels like one inside.
Relationship patterns
Recurring cycles at work, in partnerships, and with family, often rooted in something older than the current relationship.
How we think about it

These problems are connected.
They’re symptoms of the same system.

Anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, depression: they usually run on the same loop. The work is finding that loop.

Modality selection

The tool
fits the problem.

CBT is the backbone. The modality follows you. ERP for OCD, DBT for regulation problems, ACT for flexibility, psychodynamic for embedded patterns. The presentation determines the tool.
