About this policy
This policy explains what information mindsetstudiohealth.com collects when you visit the site, and what we do with it. Mindset Studio, LLC (“Mindset Studio,” “we,” “us”) operates the site.
This policy covers the website only. If you become a client, your health information is protected by HIPAA and handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which applies alongside this policy and controls wherever the two differ.
What we collect
What you give us. When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect what you provide:
- Consultation booking: your name, email, and phone number, entered on our Google Calendar booking page
- Email signup: your name and email address
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include
What’s collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers log basic technical details when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Respond to you and schedule your consultation
- Send the updates you signed up for (you can unsubscribe from any email)
- Keep the website working, secure, and protected from spam
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build marketing profiles.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the site and our communications, and only what they need to do that job:

Please keep health details off the website
Website forms, booking pages, and regular email aren’t the place for detailed health information. A sentence or two about what brings you in is plenty. We’ll move to a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform once we’re working together.
This website isn’t monitored around the clock and isn’t a crisis service. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work and stay secure. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests and emails as long as we need them to respond and follow up, then delete them. Signup emails stay on our list until you unsubscribe. If you become a client, your records follow the retention rules in our Notice of Privacy Practices and Wisconsin or Ohio law.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and we limit who can access what you send us. No website is perfectly secure, which is one more reason to keep health details off web forms.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent through this website. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
Children
This site and our services are for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date.
